North Lincolnshire South PCN is a large, forward-thinking Primary Care Network comprising six practices across Scunthorpe and the surrounding area. Our aim is to provide exemplary patient care; finding innovative solutions in general practice to deliver the best care we can to our patients.

We are aware of Boris Johnson announcing the end of all remaining COVID restrictions, and the provision of free testing, in England.

– Unless told otherwise, try to arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment time, where possible
– Avoid attending for routine care when you have COVID
– Tell us if you have COVID symptoms or are COVID positive when you have an appointment
That way we can keep all patients safe – including those who cannot be vaccinated or whose immune systems are compromised/weak.
Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone. If you are asked to come into a surgery for a face-to-face appointment, we recommend wearing a face mask. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.
